Week 12 Social Networks

There's been a looooong gap since week 11 but I did keep looking at week 12. The problem has been the hours of availability for most of the links. Only a couple of things to look at and then I've finished. I'll need to do a revision of quite a few subjects, but overall it has been really interesting and informative. The pendulum is still swinging in some areas, as their usefulness is determined but the potential is enormous. I so like the idea of groups with specific interests being connected through museums etc on social networks.

Week 11 part 2

Week 11 complete. So much in this week it was all rather overwhelming. Lots of places for collaborative online work. I'd like to see a listing (Tada list?)as the different forms are tried, including blogs, wikis etc, to see which work best, where and how within the library world.

WEEK 11

I've not actually finished week 11 but have started to look at Google Docs etc. I can see they will be very useful. Something I have done is use my new ipod to download lots of missed ABC radio programmes as well as other podcasts. Wonderful invention! I can listen in the car, at home, on trains.
